Everyone in your care leaves with the right adult.

Adults approved in advance, a pickup code from their own phone, a staff match to their approved photo or a photo ID, permission re-checked at the moment of release, and the family told right away. For schools, childcare, youth programs, adult day, disability services, clinics and home care.

Ava was picked up

An example pickup, played at speed.

In most programs, the record of who someone left with is a clipboard, a walkie-talkie, and somebody's memory.

A student gets into a car at dismissal. A participant leaves an adult day center with a family caregiver. A resident signs out for the weekend. Each of those moments hands responsibility for a person from one adult to another.

InzuCare makes each one a record: who was authorized, who actually collected, who released them, and when. Messages, notes and progress attach to the same person, under the same rules about who may see them.

What a release leaves behind.

The code proves possession. The photo proves identity. The server proves authorization. None of them releases anyone alone, and the record shows each one.

The code
Issued to the approved adult's own account for this one pickup, changed every minute, and good once.
The person
Staff match the adult to their approved photo. No approved photo, as on a day pass, means a photo ID against the name on record.
The permission
Approved in advance by your organization, or for one day by a guardian, then re-checked by the server at release. A custody change at noon stops a 3pm pickup.
The family told
Every adult on the record who follows pickups in Assure is alerted, in the same transaction as the release itself.

Your program's words on every screen.

Calling an adult a student is the fastest way to lose them. Each location is set up with its program's profile, and every screen, alert and report uses its words.

Two apps, never mixed.

Families and staff never share an app. Each module shows up only where its people need it, and a family never sees a staff tool.

For families

Assure

One app for pickup and messages: tap on arrival, show the code at the curb, let another adult collect for a day, see who is on the record, and get the alert the moment of release.

For staff

Assure Staff

On the web at a desk or tablet for the pickup queue, messages, notes, goals, schedules, reports and administration. On the phone for what needs attention now: the pickup line, messages, my schedule, and a quick note or observation.

Start where you need it most

Tell us which problem comes first. We switch modules on for your organization, so adding another later is a setting, not a migration.
