Use all of it, or start with one module
InzuCare is one platform made of modules: Handoff, Messages, Notes, Progress and Schedules. Run all of them together, or start with the one you need most.

Use all of it
Run every module and pickup, messages, notes, goals and schedules share one record for each person in your care, under one set of rules about who may see and collect them.
Start with one
Already have a notes or IEP tool you are happy with? Keep it. Start with the module you are missing, often Handoff for dismissal, and add others only if and when they earn their place.
The modules
Each one is switched on for your organization by itself. Pick any combination.
Handoff
Pickup and departure: adults approved in advance, a live queue, a pickup code, and a photo or ID check before anyone is released.
Messages
Conversations between staff and families, tied to the person in care, so the context travels with the message.
Notes
Service notes with signature and co-signature, amendments instead of edits, and voids that are never deletes.
Progress
Goals, observations and progress reports built from the data, not from recollection.
Schedules
Staff shifts, availability and time off, groups, the calendar and ways home, with conflicts flagged before they reach the floor.
The core, always included
Every module above sits on it, whichever ones you run.
- Roster
- Authorized adults and what each may do
- Approved photos
- Locations
- Staff accounts
Two apps, never mixed.
Families and staff never share an app. Each module shows up only where its people need it, and a family never sees a staff tool.
For families
Assure
One app for pickup and messages: tap on arrival, show the code at the curb, let another adult collect for a day, see who is on the record, and get the alert the moment of release.
For staff
Assure Staff
On the web at a desk or tablet for the pickup queue, messages, notes, goals, schedules, reports and administration. On the phone for what needs attention now: the pickup line, messages, my schedule, and a quick note or observation.
Why modules
Most schools and agencies are not starting from nothing. A district may already have an IEP tool it trusts and a parent messaging system its families know, and still be running dismissal from a clipboard. Asking it to replace everything to fix the car line would be the wrong trade.
So each part of InzuCare is a module we can switch on by itself. The pieces that every module depends on, the roster, the adults authorized for each person and their approved photos, your locations and the staff accounts, are part of the core and always included.
Why all of them
When modules share one record, the person in care is the thing everything attaches to. The adult who may collect them, the message about who is collecting today, the note from this afternoon’s session and the goal it counts toward all sit under the same access rules. A permission changed once is changed everywhere.
Your program’s words
A school has students, families and dismissal. An adult day center has participants, caregivers and departure. A group home has residents and sign-out. InzuCare is set up with your program’s profile, and every screen uses its words, so nobody is called a student who is not one. One account can run a school and an adult transition program side by side, each location with its own words.
Security is not a module
Encryption, the audit trail, authorization windows and override logging are part of every module, not an upgrade. Read how a release is checked on the security page.
Start where you need it most
Tell us which problem comes first. We switch modules on for your organization, so adding another later is a setting, not a migration.
