Progress
Goals, observations and progress reports for IEPs, service plans, treatment plans and care plans, built from data collected where the work happens.

Who uses it
- Staff
- Teachers, therapists and direct support staff record observations against each goal during a session, then review the trends and publish reports.
- Families
- Families do not use Progress. It is staff work, and it does not appear in Assure.
Where it appears
- Assure Staff on the web
- Goals, observation entry on a tablet, goal status and trends, and report publishing.
- Assure Staff
- Quick observation entry on a phone, in a classroom, a day program or a group home.
One shape for every kind of plan
Whether a goal comes from an IEP, a service plan, a behavior support plan or something less formal, the measurement is the same:
- Trial ratio. Correct out of attempted, rolled up as percent accuracy.
- Frequency. Occurrences per session, for behaviors being reduced.
- Duration. Minutes of engagement.
- Prompt level. How much support was needed, where lower is better.
- Binary. Met or not met.
The rollup knows which direction is improvement. A goal to reduce elopement that averages three occurrences against a ceiling of five is progress, and the report says so.
Where each goal stands
Every goal is marked met, on track, behind, or without recent data, from the observations themselves: met when the last few days of data all reach the target, on track when the trend is heading there. A coordinator can see which goals need attention across a whole location without opening each one.
“No data” is not zero
If nobody collected data in a period, the report says no data was collected. It does not render a zero. The difference between someone regressing and nobody measuring is not a rounding detail, and a reporting tool that blurs it is worse than no tool.
Reports that stay true
A report freezes its numbers the moment it is generated. A report published in March still says in July exactly what it said in March, even after a late observation is added. Each report covers a calendar month.
Works on its own or alongside what you already use
Every module sits on the same core: your roster, the adults authorized for each person and what each may do, their approved photos, your locations, and your staff accounts. Add another module later and it uses that same record. How the platform fits together
Other modules
- Handoff Pickup and departure: adults approved in advance, a live queue, a pickup code, and a photo or ID check before anyone is released.
- Messages Conversations between staff and families, tied to the person in care, so the context travels with the message.
- Notes Service notes with signature and co-signature, amendments instead of edits, and voids that are never deletes.
- Schedules Staff shifts, availability and time off, groups, the calendar and ways home, with conflicts flagged before they reach the floor.
Start with Progress, or add it to what you run
Tell us which module you need first. We switch modules on for your organization, so adding another later is a setting, not a migration.
